Semester Project & Assignments:
Course description:Through the archiving, auditing and editing or previous studio projects, students will compile a professional quality portfolio. Students will research design approaches, catalog and objectively edit their work. Students will explore ways to articulate their design intents through the thoughtful integration of graphic and written content, as well as the further development of oral presentation skills. Each student will generate a final body of work that features their design skills and professional abilities to prospective employers.Course objectives:I hope this course will help you develop an understanding of the processes and skills required to create a professional and cohesive design portfolio. Students will generate a professional quality portfolio and obtain the skills for continued development of their portfolio throughout their career.
